Michigan law currently permits a physical therapist to treat a patient without a referral for 21 days or 10 treatments, whichever occurs first, and for services intended to prevent injury or promote fitness. FixPain works with many orthopedic and activity-related concerns, including low back pain, neck pain and headaches, shoulder injuries, elbow pain, hip pain, knee pain, foot and ankle pain, plantar heel pain, sprains and strains, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports or lifting injuries.
