  • Treatment connected to measurable findings
  • Progressive plan for activity and performance

Hands-on care with a purpose

Passive treatments may help reduce symptoms or improve movement in the short term, but they are most useful when connected to a broader plan that includes education, exercise, and progressive loading.

Dry needling is not appropriate for every person or condition. Your physical therapist will discuss benefits, risks, alternatives, and consent before treatment.

What a one-on-one evaluation may examine

Depending on your concern, the assessment may include relevant joint mobility, strength, breathing and trunk mechanics, balance, movement strategy, training load, and the specific tasks that reproduce symptoms. Findings are explained in plain language and used to shape the plan.

When to seek urgent medical care

Some symptoms require urgent or emergency assessment. Seek immediate care for severe trauma, chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke-like symptoms, sudden or progressive weakness, loss of bowel or bladder control, or any symptom you believe may be an emergency.
